Trisha Robertson
President & CEO
Trisha Robertson leads Greenberg Enterprises and its affiliated companies as President & CEO. She has worked with founders, Chris & Sonya Greenberg, more than 10 years as a values-driven leader for their various businesses. Her extensive and well-rounded knowledge and background in strategy, operations, finance, communications, compliance and human resources allows her to effectively lead individuals and the organization to the achievement of goals and objectives.
Trisha joined the Greenberg’s team in 2013 as Executive Director of their various companies. The largest of these companies was Global Safety Network (GSN), a national provider of drug and alcohol testing, background screening and other workforce risk management solutions. As GSN achieved growth results, Trisha’s leadership role was elevated to President in 2018 and President & CEO in 2021. She recently facilitated the sale and transition of GSN as well as the sale of the Greenberg’s second largest company, an Express Employment Professionals franchise in Grand Forks, ND.
Prior to joining the Greenberg’s companies, Trisha was employed for 17 years at Noridian Mutual Insurance Company, d.b.a. Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota. She held various positions during her tenure with Noridian, including Internal Auditor, Finance Supervisor, Privacy & System Security Officer, Assistant Vice President of Compliance, Audit & Corporate Ethics, and Vice President of Compliance, Audit & Corporate Ethics. Before Noridian, Trisha started her professional career working for the MN Office of the State Auditor as a local government auditor for five years.
She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and is a certified public accountant, certified internal auditor, and certified information systems auditor.
