Michael Khorassani

Michael Khorassani serves as Investment Advisor for Greenberg Enterprises. Michael has developed an extensive understanding of capital markets during his 30-year career navigating Wall Street. His business and investment successes are not only attributable to the wealth of knowledge he has obtained, but also to the extensive network of personal and professional relationships he has developed over that time.
Michael is founder and CEO of Orion 4, a corporate advisory firm, where he serves as a capital markets, business development, and marketing advisor for numerous public and private companies.
Before founding Orion in March 2019, Michael spent 19 years at Oppenheimer Private Client Division as Director of Investments, where his focus was on building and developing a successful wealth management practice. He was responsible for advising high net-worth and institutional clients, managing hundreds of millions in investments. Prior to Oppenheimer, Michael served as a Vice President at Oscar Gruss & Son, an institutional NYSE member firm, where he was responsible for helping build the firm’s retail division. His responsibilities included recruiting advisors, managing teams and sales, and trading. Prior to Oscar Gruss & Son, Michael spent four years at Gruntal & Co. as Vice President of Investments. He started his financial services career at Lehman Brothers in 1989.
